1.How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. isk120211), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).
2. I have placed my Order! What next?
After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email and SMS with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way. You also track your order through our website or app by visiting ‘My account’ section.
Please Note: It sometimes takes upto 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed.
3. If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?
Your refund mode depends upon payment mode of order placement:- 1) If you have placed a COD order than fill-up details in a 'Customer Account Form' which we will send you through mail. Ishopkia will get refunded into your account within 24 hours after getting details from you. 2) If you have placed a prepaid order (used credit card/debit card/netbanking for placing order), then the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 5-7 working days post refund initiation.
4. How can I cancel one/few products from my order?
Cancellation of one/few items is currently possible as we do take partial cancellation requests. For Example, You are ordering multiple products. If you are not get satisfaction in single product from multiple Order, You can cancel it.
Note: Different product that you ordered is from different merchant.
5. How can I change my billing address?
You need to login into your ishopkia account, where you can change the address under my account section and also update new information related to your profile.
6. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
When your order is confirmed: We will send you a message. Do check your phone. We will put through an e-mail with the details of your product. Be sure you go through that. You can also check the order in the "My Accounts" tab.
7. What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?
If your card is debited by mistake, seriously, no need to panic at all! Please just make sure the following at your end.
Please check your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited ? If yes please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 2 days of your request.
The expected timelines are as below: - Net-Banking 4 business days - Debit Card /Credit Card 10 business days
8. How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
We gladly encourage all our customers to try the items you bought, however, please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. For more elaborate information on the same, kindly, check our return policies.
9. The order confirmation link in my SMS is not working/I don’t have Internet. What should I do?
Don’t worry. We will still call you to verify your mobile number. Alternatively, you may also call us for the same or may shoot the mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. All these order statuses are confusing. What do they mean?
Okay. Keep this handy and take notes if you must.
Pending : This means your order still not approved by Ishopkia.
Approval : Congratulations! This means your order has been confirmed and approved by the Ishopkia.
Processing : Hold your horses just a little while longer. Your order is being processed by the seller and will be shipped right after.
Shipping : It’s go time! Your order is ready to be shipped to its destination.
Delivery : Home run! Your order was delivered to you.
11. It says ‘Out-of-stock’ but I still want that product. We are meant to be, the product and me!
Hate to break this to you, but a product that is ‘Out-of-stock’ is not up for grabs at the moment. But, here’s the good news — you can add the product to your wish list and we’ll let you know as soon as the product is available again.
12. Whoops, how can I modify an order that I’ve already placed?
Sadly, we can’t modify an order once it has been placed. But we get that you can change your mind. Feel free to cancel an order after you’ve placed it. Make sure you do this immediately before it gets shipped, and place a new order with the correct address. To cancel a part or the full order you’ve placed, swing by the ‘Order History’ tab, select the appropriate order and cancel the item(s) you don’t want anymore. The ‘Cancellation’ section has all the details you’ll need.
13. I’m between places. Can I change the delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
Hate to say this, but you can’t. Once an order has been placed, the delivery address can’t be modified. Check and double-check that you’ve entered the right shipping address details while ordering. This is probably why most people like you just get stuff delivered at their workplaces.
